Answers to the questions we hear most often.
How much does it cost to open an account?
Nothing. The account is free with no commitment: you only pay for your shipments, at the price shown before you confirm.
Do I need an account to send a parcel?
No. You can request a pickup without an account and an adviser will call you back. An account saves time: ship from your phone, tracking, history and receipts.
How do I pay for my shipments?
Individuals: online (card or mobile money) or in cash at pickup. Online sellers: our fees are taken from cash on delivery; without cash on delivery, you pay for grouped shipments in one go. Businesses: one invoice a month.
When do I receive the cash collected on delivery?
The day after delivery, by Wave, Orange Money or bank transfer, Tex Miles fees deducted.
Where do you deliver, and how fast?
Dakar and its suburbs the same day. The eight zones of the country on fixed days, in one to two days depending on the zone.
Can my company pay by invoice?
Yes. Open a business account: you ship from day one paying per shipment, and your account manager switches on monthly invoicing after a short call.
